Bitch Bridesmaid: “What’s the use of you having [the bouquet], Muriel? No one’s ever gonna marry you! You’ve never even had a boyfriend.”
Moments later, Muriel is handed a piece of wedding cake and told that if she puts it under her pillow, she’ll dream of her future husband. The extent to which this mollifies her is truly painful to see.
